Established in 2013 by Heather and Jimmy Horton, Champlain Valley Mushrooms is a small business local to Orwell, Vermont. We are dedicated to growing fresh gourmet and medicinal mushrooms for all to enjoy.

We make tinctures from our medicinal mushrooms and dry our mushrooms for those who can't visit the Farmer's Markets or may want to keep a supply in the pantry as a staple.
